Help increase the visibility of Equilitas Foundation

Equilitas Foundation is a young international public benefit foundation (ANBI) based in the Netherlands. We believe strong organisations create lasting opportunities for communities. Through good governance, responsible partnerships and sustainable project development, we strengthen initiatives in education, social inclusion, community development and capacity building.

We are looking for someone who wants to help increase the visibility of Equilitas Foundation and support our communications and outreach activities.

What makes this role different?

As a growing foundation, we are still building our public profile. This means your work can have a direct impact on how Equilitas is presented to volunteers, partners, donors and the wider public.

You will help tell the story of Equilitas Foundation, share the progress of our initiatives and contribute to building a professional and trustworthy presence across our communication channels.

Where you can make the difference

Depending on your interests and experience, you may contribute to:

  • Creating and improving website content;

  • Preparing LinkedIn and social media posts;

  • Writing news updates and foundation announcements;

  • Supporting volunteer recruitment campaigns;

  • Helping develop communication materials and presentations;

  • Identifying opportunities to increase the visibility of Equilitas Foundation.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys communicating and engaging with people;

  • Has an interest in international development and social impact;

  • Writes clearly and professionally;

  • Takes initiative and works independently;

  • Is comfortable working in English;

  • Wishes to contribute on a voluntary or pro bono basis.

Experience in communications, marketing, journalism, social media, content creation or NGO work is welcome, but not required.
